    well it doesn't validate. Consider adding some contrasting color. The header graphic is tight. Really like it. if you had the background gradiate to a white page. The text areas would be more comfortable and might add the contrast the page needs. orange to white at the bottom.

    I'll echo the other comments about the navigation.

    Also, for the love of god optimize those images in PS.

    My 2cents is; its a good start.
