Arsenal vs. Manchester United, hmmmmmm, as I remember Liverpool vs. Man U as well no? Then again you have the European Champions league where there have been some nice rivalries with UK teams vs. Italianos, Spaniards and Deutschlanders.

Arsenal vs. Spurs has the strongest undercurrent of raw hatred and violence that I've experienced.
This can be traced back to the war when Arsenal were the beneficiaries of a dodgy relegation/promotion fix that left Spurs in a different (lower) division (can't remember the exact details)
They are also geographically very close to each other.
Lastly and perhaps most obviously, Arsenal are s**t.

Sheffield Utd Vs Sheffield Wednesday
Not so much rivals anymore cos wednesday are shite
Up the Blades!!!!

liverool v man u
cardiff v millwall

liverpool v man u isn't the showpiece it used to be. cos Liverpool haven't pressured for the title for some time. Arsenal and Man U have been at logger heads for some 6 years now with little competition, and they bloody hate each other proper fat style.

technically a derby is two teams from the same area, thats why arsenal v manu isnt a derby. Its a big match but it is not a derby
