off topic post
i'm sorryi am meeting up with this owner of this condo I am trying to rent asap.
I have very average credit and my anual income isn't that great
(40k)so basically i'm giving them my letter of employment.. which states how much i make, how long i have been working there and all that.
plus my credit history check which is normal.. not impressive.
so i am thinking maybe i'll attach some other documents or something that makes me look
GOOD. i know the owner is getting more applications..what can i attach? resume?
can i get some example referral letters of the net somewhere and fake them?i am desperate for this place and i need more material by 12 noon EST
thank you in advance!

A brown envelope stuffed with twenties/fifties springs to mind.
Otherwise a letter from your previous landlord/lady will be bonus.

this ones easy, borrow 5k from a good friend for just a few days, deposit it in your bank account, meet with the dude, show him your statement printed from the bank, then pay your friend back the 5k back afterwards...
