they FINALLY integrated the pentagram into the Explorer interface! 'bout time!

OTOH,
Kpl- it's called right click, you see, windows used 2 mouse buttons, right clich on the annoying carachter of choice to disable it.
Also, you can change the interface to 'classic' if you like
Also, if you choose your OS based on the GUI colors, you are a POS.
Also, WindowsXP is a halluva lot better than Win2k, especially if you tire of finding drivers yourself. You might want to check it out before writing it off & staying 2k.

I think MS should hire some designers to set a few standards into the os, it looks gross, and it looks unthought. Doesnt feel new....same old same old...

the point is, instead of making things work the user expects things to, microsoft makes up their own way of doing things and expects the user to do it their way.

Pixter, you are the funniest person on NT. I'm laughing out loud at work and my studiomates are staring at me.
Nonetheless, I like the Longhorn interface quite a bit.
Also, those screenshots are flying around the internet right now and they're ONLY screenshots. Whether they say it or not, I think the interface design is getting a positive response.
