use your sick days to search for another job and revamp your portfolio.

find out if your company pays out your vacation days before you use them. I totally forgot all about the vacation thing, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my company is paying me for the 53 hrs of unused vacation time I have accrued. Some places make you use it, others, you just lose it entirely. But I'd rather have my extra 53 hr. pay check to take a fun 3 day vacation than 7 days off w/no extra cash.

if you ain't happy where you work and you quit what you losing?
Do one thing though when you leave...pretend to be emotional and take a momento from the bosses desk....like a hole punch or a stapler
