to be honest .. haven't done that for quite a while..
now we're restoring an old room as a rehearsal room.
My body is in pain..i feel totally retarded from hours and hours of computerwork..

Recently had to tear down a wall in our new studio, paint the walls and ceilings. Tear out some carpet & tile. I know your pain. But what can you do?
Take a hot bath, get a massage and relax. That is the only remedy. Got a girl? Turn the above into something nice!

yeah man.. i'll do that.
it's just that i keep asking myself if sitting in front of the screen for too long everyday turns you into something that is incapable of doing something else.. something really "normal"...

You got your answer the other day when you put in hard labor.
I am sure if one works out regularly or does some kind of activity, it shouldn't be a problem. Keep your wrists in shape and your back. 2 things that I am having issues with right now. Do some weight training on those areas and you should be golden.
Me and the wifie ride our bikes on the beach at times or go for walks where we end up staying out for hours if we take our camera long with us.

after 3 years of programming my back is totally trashed. I *used* to train every day for 3 hours for cycling and rock climbing. Shit. Now I can't even walk upright. FUCK COMPUTERS.
Seriously, you need to find your inner frat boy and go to a gym or swim or run or do yoga like 5 days a week or you'll be an old pretzelspine motherfucker like me. I now have to do 40 minutes of stretching twice a day just to get my body loose enough to start exercising. I am so fucked I can't even get in shape without getting in shape to get in shape.
