after 3 years of programming my back is totally trashed. I *used* to train every day for 3 hours for cycling and rock climbing. Shit. Now I can't even walk upright. FUCK COMPUTERS.
Seriously, you need to find your inner frat boy and go to a gym or swim or run or do yoga like 5 days a week or you'll be an old pretzelspine motherfucker like me. I now have to do 40 minutes of stretching twice a day just to get my body loose enough to start exercising. I am so fucked I can't even get in shape without getting in shape to get in shape.
