what do you think the US/Russia space thing was? It's not like we're all living in space stations nowadays. Yet I see it as a great acomplishment of mankind.

NASA has become a joke, which is not entirely there own fault. An idle mind is the devils playground, imagine if earth were to focus on getting to mars. I know there is more to be done here on earth but it’s a start.
As for Civil Rights, ha we are in the matrix, people act like the US or Canada to a lesser degree has its act together. I like to listen to Audio Books while I work, and right now I happen to be listening to Howard Zinn - A People's History of the United States. We still have a long way to go. Once we all start talking about the human race as a whole rather than separate groups then real progress will be made. We were all sand men at one point.
The world is going to look a little different in 30 years practice your Chinese, I think typography will get a little harder.

I have nothing against eating dog. I am sure that dog probably taste good with some salsa, wrapped in a nice flower tortilla.
