Dax is the corporate font for Abbey National Building Society. There's some useless information for you.

actually, when you just type "Dax" in Google, it asks you "Did you mean Dax Font?"

Dax still in heavy rotation. see McDonalds UK and UPS. Retail marketing bods love it, they think it 'friendly'.

Hmm... not a big fan of the new look (mind you I didn't like the old look either).
I did some work for Abbey a while ago and they were indeed very proud of the 'friendliness' of their Dax font.

Appartently the new lookis about 'atmosphere' not brand... or something like that. The logo is barely visable.
