what would you suggest is an ideal font size for a biz card? It's time to update mine and my printer is out of ink so I cant really "proof" it yet. Just taking suggestions.

small enough not to look absurd, large enough to be legible...

Really depends a lot on the font and the style of design ...
however if you should decide to go for Comic Sans or Sand, I'ld suggest 2 pt :)
