he is talking about the cool ass backgground image that changes when you scroll up and down the page.
if you cant see it, make your window smaller then scroll up n down. Look to the left, the man and the chick.

on the left hand side, when you scroll up and down, those white lines change the photo as they scroll over it,
which browser are you using?
its working for me in Safari * Explorer on my mac.
although in safari the image is tiled in the background, it almost looks cooler in safari actually.
close your window up to about 800 x 600 and look at the chick wit the hipsters on

how is it done.. seems to me is that they are scrolling a layer over a background image... cause on safari shit doesnt even align like it should..
