Could anyone tell me if there are any problems exporting a quark 5 document on a PC to quark 4 on a mac?

yeah man, I had to do about the same thing a month or two ago. When release time came I ended up exporting it out as an .eps. May not have been the best way but the vendor I was using for the print run only supported mac/quark files... I of course was on a pc. His mac understood my pc/.eps file fine but when he tried to read my quark file earlier no dice... it didn't even associate it as a quark file type even after he renamed it.

Strange, you're sure the guy at the vendor knew what he was doing - we get PC-files made in Quark 5 (but saved as version 4) everyday and convert them to Mac - no problems at all. Saving page by page as .eps on the other hand, isnt exactly the best way to generate postscript-files in Quark.
