yeah man, I had to do about the same thing a month or two ago. When release time came I ended up exporting it out as an .eps. May not have been the best way but the vendor I was using for the print run only supported mac/quark files... I of course was on a pc. His mac understood my pc/.eps file fine but when he tried to read my quark file earlier no dice... it didn't even associate it as a quark file type even after he renamed it.
