the 2003 burton customs are really nice... much better build quality than previous ones:)
- jevad0
yeah - those look tight!
Anyone rocking FLOW bindings? They look smart and comfortable...I have really bad foot circulation and they're always getting numb and the circulation cut off no matter what bloody bindings I get - must have tried them all!

I've been sporting the Drakes for the last few years. The new Rides look good too. Burton is always good, but bit overpriced maybe.

New Ride Team bindings sound solid:

nice yo! I normally carry a 2-way and a bunch of flares - this is probably better huh!

it's a lifesaver, literally, you can locate the others in the group who also wear transceivers (both to impress the bunnies at the after ski and when they're hidden in the snow) Worth every penny!

..wow I almost sounded like a commercial attempting to have humour in it.

I bought the Burton mission dooms last year with the team highback and loved them. Some of the other brand bindings seem heavy and the buckles seem cheap IMO.

yeah joyride- thats what I got - they really hurt my feet though!

I'm on Ride EX which are great for the money, if you can afford a bit more go for the Ride Flights or Teams as they have better (all aluminium) clickers.
Jevad - Avoid Flows, I rode 'em for a couple of seasons but went back to the normal straps setup this year - way more control, better flex and a lot lighter than Flows.

word andy - thanks for the tips! The new Ride Team bindings look pretty sweet!!
Now for a new board! What are riding at the mo?

The Illuminati NOS Pentagon 162, it's a wicked freeride board, ideal for going fast but a bit stiff for messing around on. Not sure what they made the base from but it made it through 2 months in France without a single scratch.
I'd recommend the Hybricon as a better all-round board... http://www.ill23.com/

Alllians are good too... http://www.alliansnowboards.com/…

word versa - been hearing a lot about drakes...
I have to say - the new ride boards are looking bloody sweet - especially the YUKON...b-line boards are nice lokoing to - as are never summer....you heard much about b-line?
- versa0
some buddies of mine rode em and liked em alot
snappy, yet solid when it counted - not too squirrelly -
good weight distribution and materialsi am a burton custom snob myself, (my riding demands very little these days since i am taking it pretty mellow in the park and on the whole mtn.) and so open up to little else, but i bet they are worth checking out
also, never summers are pretty sweet - I have ridden one of those
talk about colorado pride
whew

coolio...I think I'm jsut gonna have to try a bunch when I come over...damn - I can't believe Vail had snow already - funny as shit!
