speaking of cell phones, are you guilty of wearing it on a belt clip, or brandishing it in the "Look at me, I have a cell phone!" fashion?

you can make your own .wav sound files and convert them down to 8-bit and they still sound ok and then use them in your phones and PDA's. Meaning I can convert every single Loopkit Loop I have and make them ringtones as well. ;)

I just got a new celly and have been wondering how I can author my own ring tones either through midi or wav format. Any tips, suggestions?
How would I get the files into my phone. Do I have to shell out the extra cash for a usb cable attachment for my phone?
