another major part of your lack of speed shellie is that your guy friends weigh more than you...load your pockets up with rocks.
my buddy was competeing in WSSF here in Whis and he had a major disadvantage over the bigger guys on the run in...altho he still managed to beat out dcp, sansalone, parker, williams, page and bunch of others to grab 3rd.

its very small. nothing compared to no cal.. but its only 2 hours awy from LA so its nto that bad.. and arrowhead is a fun little mountain town.
the snow sucks most of the time.. unless its early. i usually ride in the mornings and quit by 2 cos its all meltie and its crowded. theres never really much nice snow on top.. you know.. its the san bernadino national park range.. dont expect much.
the advanced and double blacks there are usually very mogullie (sp). :/ and unkept.
but i ride there for free cos my bf's godbrother teaches people with disabilities how to ski and snowboard there.
it opens at 8 so you can get some good hours in and be home by dinner.

just got back from the indoor park here, trying aout the new custom 158, it is fast. real nice. not so sure about the graphics though.
think i'm gonna be going for the UN-INC Gigi though
