you must hang out with shitty people funko.
its not that bad. at least not in the art community. it takes a little bit for people to warm up but when they do.. theres tons of stuff to do.. parties to go to.. great shows... fun events.
its not that bad. some people like NY.. some people like LA... but if youre looking for big city living you'll find no shortage of people with chips on their shoulders no matter where you are.

i am so with u funko, this town is a scab. and century city is not cheap (virtually all bank offices and talent agencies and corporate living) u might be thinlking of culver city (which has the sony studio building).

OK, if you are in teh valley or on the west side, then you are doing it wrong. You have to get over to the east side immediately. Try to get in to Star Shoes tonight (Hollywood and Cahuenga) and then hang out at the 4100 bar (Sunset and Manzanita). Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Downtown.. that's where everything decent is.

go to San Francisco, 100000x nicer in all aspects. Only thing LA has going for it is the sunshine (that you cannot see through the smog)
