i think its a bit retouched (any imperfection with the model) but the "diamonds" have been placed on her body.
i actually picked the magazine up at the airport in vegas. it's even more impressive in person.

There was another cover like that with some hot country singer, who's name I forget. I just got the magazine in the mail today and the cover his ultra gloss. They never used that stock before. The funny thing is I saw the magazine in a store window this morning and thought it was a jewelry magazine, not looking at the masthead.
