i am trying to put together a more professional "business plan" to show my business plan and focus ro pitch to a print company to bid for all their clients design projects...
anyone have any good examples? or references?

just to clarify,
this is basically the plan that one creates when starting their own business. Has anyone been involved with this process? or maybe craeted one while starting their own company?

Go buy Business Plan Pro.
Also get an accountant to audit your books and provide a good fiscal projection. Have your records up to date.
Expect to spend around 20+ hours creating your plan (minimum).
This is assuming that your a small time person/company that has no budget to use a professional consulting service.

what you need is a pitch document for getting work, a biz plan set outs goals for you and or investors/bank managers to asses your goals and financial forcasts. a totally different thing to what you require for pitching for business.

hey guys,
i have an accountant for all my financial stuff already...working on projected numbers and such...the business plan will help me create more solid goals for the company.. what I am lookingfor is some references or samples of this for startup companies.
this will also assist me when pitching to this company showing that I am serious about the business and have direct focus on doing so. They specifically aske dme if I was working on one.
What is a pitch document? Any samples of reference for that also?

go buy yourself this months How magazine..... there should be an article in there about how to attract new clients... also I think the lead article is about creativity.... just make sure the cover is green with a picture of half a guy with glasses
