Go buy Business Plan Pro.
Also get an accountant to audit your books and provide a good fiscal projection. Have your records up to date.
Expect to spend around 20+ hours creating your plan (minimum).
This is assuming that your a small time person/company that has no budget to use a professional consulting service.
