ganja in swizerland is already legalized.. u have places where u can buy, although u're not meant to 'smoke' but u can buy pot everywhere..

you can still buy it, but you are forced to smoke it at home/park/outside.
no more smoking inside; at least where people are at work.
which means:
no smoking in the bar/coffeeshop/restaurant/hotel... and whatever...
