Flash Move Explorer slowness

    I just learned the hard way that if you have the Movie Explorer open in Flash, while you're working, Movie Explorer can cripple your computer something fierce. It will update all the references to things after every move. I was waiting 8-10 seconds after every thing I did for most of the day. Now, it's 7pm EST and I'm still at work. I'm such a dork.
