Off design for a moment. Dating a girl for a couple months now. Had some really good times together. But she has always been "busy." A planner. Every day of the book filled with something. Dinner here. Event there. Now I am not seeking someone who is sitting by the phone but when is too much going on too much?
I don't want to be selfish but if she can only give me 5 min. of her day a week, then what?
Anyone with a similar past or current situation such as this?

yes, i was going out with a girl just like that. She had about 5 different groups of friends and kept them all seperate, all in theres own organised pile, never wanted them to meet each other. She like to have different lives I think. Maybe a saftey net if one of the groups fell apart. I thought she was selfish but looking back on it it was just her.

She didn't call me all weekend and then I get an email from her moments ago. It says "sorry I didn't call you" A coworker died, my best friend is having a nervous breakdown and my car died on Sat. and on and on.
This girl has never really showed any signs of being a drama queen on dates but now I am starting to wonder.
Mix 1 part "always busy" with 1 part "drama" and you get bad things going.

start seeing another girl, go out with an old *female* friend of yours that she doesn't know.
she'll come back as a puppy.
don't be the one hurted. make her feel what it is to be put on the side. best way to make her understand.

those social groups she's a part of, maybe you could be a member too? Like.. do stuff together? If you're just spending the nights together, something is wrong, and probably won't last much longer. (mine didn't)

I do loads of stuff but so does my boyfriend. If he told me to choose between him and one of the things I spend a lot of time on, I'd think he was being pretty childish / manipulative.
Why don't you both set aside a day just for you two to do stuff?

Good advice all. Thanks. If I respond to her email at all, it will be somewhere along the lines of :
"Call me when you have some free time."
I am not chasing you around town. If you are that busy ( which I have my doubts) then I probably don't want to be a part of that mix anyways.
Good point mr. dob. Less time means less worry. But I guess I am looking for something a bit more in depth.
