Resume on your portfolio site is good. resumes get misplaced, need to be copied.
I also liked portfolios with resumes in Word and Acrobat.
We had a gy apply for a Jr. Designer position and ask for $65K-$80K and no not in San Francisco, but Philadelphia.
Double check a salary website and at least get close or don't apply.

Do's & Don'ts | Graphic Design Resumes...
1. Keep it short and simple.Ttry to read your resume in under 30 secs.
2. Bring printed copies to ALL interviews.
3. No images, that's what your portfolio is for.
4. Experience means experience with something that relates to the job. I don't care if you worked at DQ in high school unless you made all their ads.
5. Resumes should be done in Word and Acrobat.
6. SpellCheck
7. SpellCheck again
8. Don't get to cute... again, that's where the porfolio comes in.
9. Don't include eighy URLS of your shit. Make one portfolio site with all the links there.
10. (True Story) Don't send urls to porn sites that you have designed unless you are applying for another porn site. Porn sites are 95% of the time off-limits in all resumes and portfolios.

ok, my resume is under a page. took my roomate under a minute to read it through clean layout with good typography chronological order free of any spelling mistakes.
omited any reference to any job that might be related to porn...so should i also leave out the work i did for a glass blower that makes bongs/pipes that has obvious references to pot? even if it is my best work...

a friend's design studio once received a resume from this recent graduate together with a picture of her in a bikini!
