the logo kinda reminds me of a record company's logo...but i can't remember which one.
i'm not certain of the meaning behind the guy. it doesn't seem to speak out ot your business plan.
could you explain?

maybe a variety of 7, to be honest not really a big fan of any of these and that binary code has gotta' go.

looks a lot like http://www.e-help.com logo

reminds me of the LucasArts logo, for video games..
regardless, I think back to the drawing board. these are visually unitegrated. forms that are contrived.
take the idea back to the drawing board

these feel like one direction to me - it is always good to have multiple directions that have various components - type only - mark + type - mark only. this will help you break down each element and see if they are strong independently - that way when you lock everything up your logo will be solid. design 101

They seem incredibly static if you consider that the company name is 'dynamicode'.
The logo could be a combination of two ideas/concepts...'dynami' as in dynamic...and 'code' as in...you guessed it, code.
Typesetting the company name in a solid, maybe extended typeface might work. You could derive a mark that could try an visualize some sort of dynamic quailty of code, the use of 1's and 0's, might seem a tad cliche but it's in part on how you treat the idea.
my 2 pence

square one, go there.
looks way too healthcare. lose the binary.
the name looks decent in all caps serif (#1).
maybe hire a logo designer, it will pay off for you in the long run.

i like 1 and 5. i think the binary numbers may be a little too much, maybe try repositioning it.
