They seem incredibly static if you consider that the company name is 'dynamicode'.
The logo could be a combination of two ideas/concepts...'dynami' as in dynamic...and 'code' as in...you guessed it, code.
Typesetting the company name in a solid, maybe extended typeface might work. You could derive a mark that could try an visualize some sort of dynamic quailty of code, the use of 1's and 0's, might seem a tad cliche but it's in part on how you treat the idea.
