If I was a prospective client and I was invited to that party I'm sure I would be on the phone the next day telling the boss that we've got to go with these guys! They are the shit!

It's dope. Why does Eric have to raise the bar every time out? Do you? It's just not possible considering the amount of the work the guy is probably dealing with. Anyway, the level of detail and motion blows me away.

The fact that this issue has generated as much thread saturation as the damn war in Iraq indicates to me that the site launch was more than successful.
To add a little more to my 2 cents, gratification of a bunch of designers on a forum will not alter their success.
My personal opinion is that it's a nice site. It's not mind blowing, it's not giving me chills but it was just promotion and I don't consider it anything more. Sorry that I can't join the hate fest. Peace!

What exactly do you think would have been better? What would you do?
Would you say to a client "Well guys I've got a new web site and it's ok. Hope ya'll like it and hit me back!" I'm sure there were plenty of past, present and future clients at that party. Or maybe your right. I don't know 2A from dick. I just can't seen people that talented doing this for any other reason than to look huge for clients. If I wanted General Motors or Microsoft as clients I know I would have to look a lot bigger than I do now.

The site interface elements kinda reminds of that old game "Marathon" by Bungie...it seems really videogame influenced. I think it's pretty nice.

people, im not a web designer, but what is everybody yapping about anyway. it's just a table of contents with the same old asian character loader and vaguely 'metroid' panelling. i think there have been better rave flyers
