Sort of.
There will be no Mac version of the new Premier. Premier Pro.
Also possibly dropping from the Mac list is After Effects 6.

Let me be the first to IMMEDIATELY debunk any lie that AFter Effects won't be developed for Mac anymore. I've seen screen shots of the new pallets in OS X with added type features and everything.
They are dropping Premiere because of the success of Final Cut.
Who cares about Premiere anyway? It was their only lemon. Maybe they finally got the message.
I think "Adobe Drops Mac" as youre topic name is a little sensational and tabloid-like.

Wow, a story blown way out of proportion? Who'd have known.
Adobe is dropping Premiere and Encore. Neither is even comparable to other software developed for MACs.
Adobe spoke at Apple's G5 unveiling. Adobe Photoshop 8 is being completely tweaked for the MAC. After Effects has no competition, and that's why I can order production bundle 6 for my new dual 2s right now.

and here is something I copied from their version 6 overview pdf:
"Cross-platform workflows
• Share projects and files across the Windows and Macintosh platforms."
