i used to work there for a few years. so i still get a pretty good rate. i love sitting in the hot tub watching the downhill course.

34 million is nothing compared to the estimated 67,000 jobs created and 2.8 billion in economic activity that will be made off of this.
and, an estimated 700 million for provincial, federal and municipal coffers.

Perfect time to go live there (probably Yaletown), I love Canada, I love British Columbia, I love Vancouver, I love yaletown, Robson street... everything!!!. Next Xmas I will be there for the 3rd. time!!!

Congrats really. After Sydney "the best games ever - that no one saw" because of the time diff. you knew they were gonna go North or South America. Maybe the networks here will actually will get it right and show the games live.
