You might want to look into spirolina (sp?), a blue green algae used as a b12 supplement. If you can imagine what it is like to lick the inside of a fish tank, you'll feel comfortable with spirolina.

I live really close to monsoon and love that place. The chicken tiki marsala is the best. To bad I can't eat it now. But the rest of their food is also pretty good.

Long beach is great. College town, kind of. Pretty damn diverse. There are the rich areas, poor areas, decent areas, rich but ghetto areas. All kinds of folks down here. I love it.
