I don't have quite an experience with this problem. The thing is that; whenever I create a dropdown menu in layers (like usual sites do), there's a flash file below my navigation. When i mouseover, sum part of the drop down dissapear, and the flash file blocked the drop down (in front of the drop down), while i can find my other parts of dropdown. I did try put the transparency tag in flash (HTML tag), but nothing works.
Any help? Thank you in advance.

the problem is impossible to fix cross-browser/platform. flash runs in a display layer above all other content, and will always be on top.
there is a way to fix it in ie/pc, but that's about it. you set the background of the flash move to transparent in the embed params.

solution: select box
get in touch with your standard user interface widgit side with the form element that time forgot.
forms are displayed on a layer above EVERYTHING else (even java I think) and will happily work overtop of your flash movie.
they also work on EVERY platform, and are pretty much indestructable (even with javascript turned off).
if you don't mind loosing a bit of the COOL factor of DHTML menus (which are all pretty plain anyways) try out the standard HTML alternative.
--THIS JUST IN!--
form elements now available in CSS 'designer colours'.
