dont get me wrong, i love the design of the apple stuff and would get excited if i was on the lookout for a new mac or whatever if i used them.
but like jamble said, they dont do HALF of what their cheaperly priced competitors offer.Id imagine the iPhone comes with basic phone functions, wont have a camera and might have max of 100mb to store your mp3s or will have some sorta functionality thatl allow you to plug into your iPod for wonderous things to happen.
if it floats your boat then i aint gonna slate you for getting excited.Personally, a phone worth getting excited about is the Samsung D500
just having a play with one this afternoon at work.
1.2 Mp Camera - Really good quality.
80Mb to store movies, mp3s etc
and not to mention its a sexy phone
they are like goldust to get ahold of at the moment. but well worth the £50 upgrade rather than spendin £300 on an inedible apple.

I'm due an upgrade soon I think but so far I've made no real use of web browsing, the camera, video or anything else but I think I'd like a phone that can at least make a decent cuppa.

the samsung d500 is what ive been lookin for in a mobile phone. easy to use (samsung rocks) , small and with a good quality camera for snaps.
saves me carrying about a phone AND a camera everywhere

I always thought it would be cool to have a decent cameraphone but I don't really take that many snaps because it turns out I'm a shit photographer most of the time! Still, it's good that all this stuff is included without the phones getting too big!
