It might be just me but i think your logo is to close to the white edge . Make it a little smaller, the distance from the bottom of the logo to the white edge should be the same on the left and top of the logo. They are all different distances at the moe.Did that make sense?.
Try get your text sharper.

I don't know what you mean by the gradient bug. I like the video images. Don't any one of these links work?? I really wanted to see the motion graphics. I would reconsider the logo. The site isn't that bad. Why do these people have so much hate?
