and, yes, all you have to do is slap a few graphics made in ms paint on the web and you are a designer.
ride a skateboard and you are a skateboarder; surf and you are a surfer; use heroin and you are a junkie. is there anything wrong with this? must the design community be so exclusive that you find it necessary to accept only those who are linked by computerlove, hosted by (mt), and pushing the same tween-based flash intro out their door as the design studio on the next block and in the next state?

yeah, i have seen your type before--uneducated, middle-aged men with no wife and no girlfriend, few friends, a job with no showcase for creativity, and no natural interest or talent in design; you always end up in chat rooms or message boards with 15-year-old boys.

man there are some ignorant people on here... yes throwing graphics on a web page makes you a designer... maybe a bad one, or maybe a good one... it depends on your point of view. get over yourselves. his site is as good or better than some of the stuff that gets posted over in the PBS... geeze

hmm... i didn't even know what graphic design was until my second day of college.
even then i had only the vaguest of ideas.well, i guess it is good to start early.
don't waste your early teens doing this shit though. you'll go blind and get hairy palms. . . wait. . . that's something else entirely. sorry.
design all ya want guys, just dont fall into the trends.
