got these weird messages from my ISP today. Anyone else got that?
For a while the only website I could access was this http://www.vitalregistration.com…. Never heard anything like it. I tried to upgrade for ages and then the ugrade app crashed. All of a sudden I can access everything else again. Strange??!!

sorry I forgot to mention - seems to be a UK thing.
Here is that email - got about 6 of them:
