Little Flash problem

I'm kinda new to flash, right now i'm doing a navigation bar and I have a little problem, whne i exporte to movie, the images look distorted, like this:
(you will probably need to cut and paste the link)
The solution is probably very easy, but I don't find it. =(, help please?

those of you on PC's, if you just righ click and 'copy shortcut' it's fine.

well, it seems like your font is the wrong size(unless i guess it looks that way from distortion)is it just a jpeg?

looks like you've either scaled the image within flash - never do this - or, used a strange file type - stick to jpg or gif ... this help?

there is not fonts, is all images....
of coyrse, btw what I'm showing is a screenshot of the movie (just in case).

yeah, definitely what recpos said...but it still seems like your one pixel size too big/small for that font, no?

you said 'images get distorted' is this nav bar an image imported from elsewhere? or is it drawn-up in flash? - if it's been created in flash i retract my earlier statement and agree with the font issue...

I created made the images in photoshop and then exported it to flash.

well, i thought you were creating it in flash...(including the type)
but in the last link you posted, it looked okay...or am i missing something?
