damn 100K? My AD dont make half that! Weirdly, I make about the same as my AD.. So yeah, it's just a damn title.

It's definitely who you know, but some people seem to get all the breaks too.
If I was doing cool amazing projects then I would probably sacrifice some of my pay to do so. But it's my opinion.

Yeah I used to be next to people who did the hiring and my jaw dropped sometimes at their comments. I guess to each their own.
