I thought South was working on the new UNKLE album......at least that was what I heard months ago.....

James Lavelle was always into breaks you nutters, I rememebr buying a cream cd of his in 96 and it was full on breakbeat. He aint selling out, Unkle was a side projects, but it doesn sound like his blurring the two together which will leave the underground fans feeling a bit ripped off

we kno james L is into the breakbeats stuff , i do have his early work ..wha i'm saying here is he's going into dancey, soon to be house and funky beats crap..thats what i fear..

..and UNKLE isnt really and shouldnt be called a side project, it's more of a collaboration project..when UNKLE started, they were 2 or 3 guys..second UNKLE LP, they were only 2..

it started off as unkle sounds, which was james lavelle and Richard fiyle (i think thats his name)
they released a mix tape under that name, it grew, then they collaborated with shadow and others at a later stage, he is the guts of it.

U.N.K.L.E. is the recording name used by James Lavelle and DJ Shadow..n they ahd a 3rd guy before, probably the dude u mentioned ealier..
