haha, yah at my school it's like that too but you can't be hating on everything. I know people who've went from crap to amazing design. Everyone is evolving.

is he american...he has that "first site ever" feel to his work. I see this stuff all day at school and the students are really just learning so I shrug it off. I would advise you do the same. Look at it this way, if his work doesn't evolve then you will have the upperhand in the industry.

The "About Me" section is quite hilarious I must say. But it gets to me when someone hates on a student's work. Happened (still happens at times) to me a lot. People with the i-was-never-a-beginner attitude need to choke and die.
