Is there any where to hear past Stern shows over the net? Do they do a live broadcast any where?

i am sure that some place has an archive, but you might just wanna try kazaa or whatever file sharing app you use.
you will probably have some good luck with that.

He has said that broadcasting live on the net poses some problem with advertising.?. and has sued or threatened to sue prople broadcasting it without permission. Yeah maybe Kazaa or Limewire? That would be cool.
Bio do they have the morning radio show in MS?
- unknown0
There used to be a place, about 2 years ago, but as soon as they found out about it, they shut it down really quick.
Not sure if anyone is still doing it.
:P

CX, christ do we ever have morning radio shows.
it seems like every channel has someone named bubba.it's always bubba and dave. or billybob and john, or hiram and bubba.
and they all make the dumbest fucking jokes while mispronouncing commonly used words like "supposedly". seems like so many southerners say "supposably".
i cant fucking STAND to listen to our local shows. so i usually just hum a little tune or beat my head on my desk for the first hour of work.

Im gonna be bummed when that show goes off. Like something will really be missing.
Bio, I meant do you get the stern morning show there.

oh... i dont think it is aired on local radio channels.
this area is overrun by conservative christians, so the only way to catch the stern show is late night on cable.but i dont listen to a whole lot of radio shows nowadays, so i could be wrong. but i have never heard him on the airwaves down here.
religious folks HATE him here. with a passion.

I'm not religious, but I hate him. In the beginning there was a sick compulsion to listen to him, but I got over it. It's just pathetic the people that go on his show, there's no point except to be humiliated. And that's all he is, an asshole that humiliates people... uh... real funny.

KOAM is how I found the nearest stations when I was away at school. The closest was Peoria and I got it in with a 20-30 dollar antennae. I used to cut out some days depending on the weather, etc. I used to tape it when i was at school and listen on the boring ride back to the STL area.

that fuck is the worst. here is how his typical interviews... or pretty much anything goes.
howard: "so your mother died"
guest: "yes"
howard: "did she have big breasts?"
guest: "what?!?"
howard: "nevermind, so... your mother dies and your aunt comes over to your house."
guest: "yes,.... about that last quest"
(howard interupting)
howard: "did she have big breasts?"he is such a fuck face. i hate him.

i admit that i would like to punch mr stern in the face, but not because i disagree with his morals (or lack thereof) but because he IS an insensitive fuck who preys on ignorant people.
i saw him repeatedly ask a chick about being gang raped. like it was a sexy thing. the girl was near tears. he is a sick fuck for that.
but whatever. that's my beef with the guy. shit like that aint funny.

Bio...if you must live in the bible belt, you gotta come to Nashville. The bible belt, conservative crap is watered down with cool music and art vibes!
- jox0
i saw a movie about him a couple of weeks ago (can't remember the name), it was pretty good. anyone else seen it?
- mrdobolina0
Monkey, I heard a hip hop song from Nashville the other day and the dudes were calling it: Johnny Cashville.
- monkeyshine0
ha! Funny, mrdobolina. Though I think Johnny Cash is brilliant...I get the point and, though there is absolutely that element here (this must be vacation heaven for everyone from Arkansas) there's definitely a big, cool music scene here...and also a pretty vibrant visual arts scene.
