  I think you can launch a programme via the flash projector... i _THINK_...

  in that case, outlook always lives in the same place, either launch it from flash using a standard file path, or use a intermediary program to launch it if flash doesn't have permissions outside it's home directory (or something... i have a feeling it doesn't)

  doing that means the user will have to set up an email account in outlook just to send an email from the flash movie
