"don't smoke" ?? My troubles started when I stopped... smokers are usually thinner.

smokers are thinner for all the wrong reasons...thinner don't always mean healthier...there's a zillion and one things you can do to stay fit and energetic...spend energy to get energy and be aware of the choices you make all the time whether they're the right ones or not, it'll make it easier next time you have to make the same choice.
