just posted a project i'm working on at work. I had no chioce in the photos but all in all let me know what you think. Let me know if you have suggestions too.

nice and clean. i like it. i think the buttons are begging for a little more attention though.

it's a bit boxy, the rule lines are quite thick and throws me off visually, it also seems to isloate every area so i don't know what is important, try grid-ing out the site a little better, instead of hard individual boxes... the lower nav may need to be rethought, top or left side are more standard, and the sub nav on the right falls off the page i can't see it... study some well designed sites to help give you some ideas and solve some problems, over all like the pic treatments and your intro... hope that helps

the news button has blurry typography compared to the rest of the site.
Welcome header (and the rest of the headers) should probably see more margin room. the typography there is also a bit blurry, although I don't know if that's just my monitor there.
animations are great, although I'd have the unblurring happen more quickly. That underline bar could color tween...which is doable in actionscript.
