it's a bit boxy, the rule lines are quite thick and throws me off visually, it also seems to isloate every area so i don't know what is important, try grid-ing out the site a little better, instead of hard individual boxes... the lower nav may need to be rethought, top or left side are more standard, and the sub nav on the right falls off the page i can't see it... study some well designed sites to help give you some ideas and solve some problems, over all like the pic treatments and your intro... hope that helps
