CDrom - advice please!

So, I'm doing a CDrom, never done one before.
I intend that it will be a flash projector file, with the usual autorun.inf file to launch it. I know that much...
However, there's a few other basics I'm not sure of...
• What can I do about making it work on a mac too?
• Can I force the users screen res down to 800x600? If I can, is that a bad idea?
• Any links to tutorials / resources / etc about CDrom authoring...?

for mac you have to export it from flash on mac. or maybe it was just that you had to run the mac projector on a mac and it'll make you a new file.
as for 800x600 - don't bother. better make it full screen and content will be placed in the middle of the screen.
no links, though.
p.s. if you have many video files i suggest you to turn to director because it really is pain in the a*s in flash. 1 or 2 ok, but ten already sucks.
