for mac you have to export it from flash on mac. or maybe it was just that you had to run the mac projector on a mac and it'll make you a new file.
as for 800x600 - don't bother. better make it full screen and content will be placed in the middle of the screen.
no links, though.
p.s. if you have many video files i suggest you to turn to director because it really is pain in the a*s in flash. 1 or 2 ok, but ten already sucks.
