as stated earlier, you can't force love. you are only going to make things worse. from what i can tell, you've got a very emotionally unstable girl you are dealing with. is she young? she sounds it. look, you don't want to spend the rest of your life with someone who is that unstable and will go hook up with another guy just cause you screw up. true love is unconditional and from what i can tell, this girl is totally oblivious to that.
my advice, hang out more with your freinds, meet other girls and leave this one alone. and it's a pretty safe bet when you do this, you'll get a call back from this girl, wondering why she doesn't have your full attention anymore. when that happens, run away!
that's all i can say from the little i know about your situation. we've all been there, just most of us don't stay there to endure the pain that long.
