how did they do it though, thats what i would like to know... it'll be cool to deploy the same technique on a website, where you can hide certain secret messages, or discreet hints for visitors to find.

When u select an image it replaces every second pixel with either a white or black pixel. SO it hides every second pixel, only showing the pixels that make up that girl pic - kinda cool. A bit like those old paper things that look like butterflies, you fold them in half, hold them up to the light and see a pic of something.
