yo biz - I am sorry to hear that it isnt working out for you. Girls want to know you will fight for them. That I am sure of. Whether or not that is what this one wants, I cant tell you. Have you talked to her since?
I may be covering stuff already covered, but if you guys where together for any kind of period (6 months at least) go talk to her about it. Ask why...ask what happened. What did you do/not do. This will enable you to see what she is seeing. She may just be psycho, who knows. But if she isnt, at least go get some feedback.
There may be things you can change and you may get back with her. Or maybe not. if it isnt anything about you, kick her to the curb. If it is, and it is justifiable, at least try to see it.
Then, you may/may not get back with her. But at least you got some feedback. Now you know what NOT to do right?
