more like morons. right up there with the 'human shields.' very funny i think. every american who has even half a brain has already split... seeing as how they seem to have a problem with christianity and americans,... and yet here are these journalists, who are just itching for that anti war shot that's going to win them the pulitzer, staying there for what did you say?........ to cover the loss of innocent lives and the people of iraq? haha. more like find that one perfect shot of a child crying over their mother who was killed because moments before she had an ak-47 in her hand shooting at the 'bad guys' but we won't see that because the photographer... while searching for "that shot" took the gun out of the picture to snap the "heartache and pain" then entitles the photo "over oil" os some bullshit. something about journalists makes me want to puke.

yes...just pull all journalists away from there. that would be good.
now try to imagine how you would feel when your children died and noone cared.
think about that for chrissakes.

for sure you want to report the news, that is only fair, but when those guys get shot up or shot at from whomever, don't come crying to Mommy about it. it's there asses on the line, hey I give them credit. Some are good; some bad.
- ********0
exactly Jaz.
and real journalists report a fair story, showing both sides.
and i for one know some really damn good journalists are stationed there.
and I respec t them. and that's my thing.
just my post.

everyone cares when someone innocent dies.
knowone REALLY wants to go to war.
again the majority of persons are making it sound like we're going to bomb their schools and mosques and stuff. sure they've been parking their missles and equip next to those things but that's those sick bastards... not us... who are putting them in harms way.
besides, we have the technology to hit a 1 inch square from 100 miles away so i wouldn't worry about it too much.
are innocent people going to die... YES... but on BOTH sides. more than i care to count already and THAT was on my own soil.
- ********0
yes, so revenge is all you can take. sad, sad, sad.
just saw a bunker on tv that was bombed in the GulfWar with hundreds of civillians in it...they were all dead.. you'd expect that from terrorists, not from a governement tthat tries to be an 'example' to the world.
- ********0
I don't want anyone to die actually, it's really a shame

I hope your friends live Cy and they make money and have their eye's opened at the same time. Wow what an experience!

4cY-
first off don't think that i'm bitchin at you. i like ya... i really do.
k.... a majority of the misses during the gulf war were because of bad intelligence reports that mostly came from.... ta da...... civilians of that country.
now this is a crazy what if....
what if.....
these civilians were just looking for another way to deface the americans for 'our' war. or... even better... instead of strapping a bomb on themselves and walking onto a crowded bus they transfer bogus intelligence and have the U.S. kill 400+ of their enemies for them.interesting.

k0na_an0k - I know where you are coming from as well, both sides have it rough on this one. It's a touch call really it is!

let's stop it before things get worse.
I was pissed and shocked and sad @ 911 and no i feel the same..
i am just a sensitive prick and i better do not watch the war or i might go insane...

1: Let the journalists stay. we need more reality television.
2: They are not heroes. If they are than so is any other person with a dangerous job.
3: if a "civilian" fires a round at me your damn right I'm gonna fire back.
4: That bunker you speak of was the quarters for a central Iraqi intelligence group. Saddam chose to put them in a public shelter so we'd make a mistake.
